This dual-axis motion allows the stretch film to cover the flat circular sides (radial face) and the curved cylindrical body.
Equipped with an advanced motorized 250% Pre-stretch system, the machine actively multiplies every meter of film into 3.5 meters before application, significantly reducing film consumption costs. The entire cycle—including custom wrap times, overlapping layers, and tension profiles—is easily managed via a user-friendly HMI touch screen and PLC control network.
