Unlike standard wrapping machines that fail to detect thin or transparent objects, this model comes with integrated horizontal and vertical photoelectric detection switches. Operators can instantly toggle selection modes based on product thickness, ensuring flawless film cutting even for books, stationery, or slim cosmetic kits.
Managed by an imported PLC automatic program, the pneumatic sealing cylinder operates with immense consistency. If an item is placed incorrectly or out of position, the built-in alarm system immediately halts the cutter down-stroke and triggers an automated alert, effectively preventing product damage and ensuring operator safety.
The film roll mechanism is equipped with an adjustable pin wheel (perforator) to create micro-vents for smooth air evacuation during shrinking. Followed by a high-power 9KW multi-angle heat tunnel with adjustable airflow speeds (0-15m/min), it guarantees a tight, wrinkle-free, and crystal-clear presentation every single time.
