No more tedious manual threading. The DB-0860 features auto strap feeding for quick coil replacement. If a misfeed or blank strapping occurs, the auto strap bounce system automatically ejects the looped strap, preventing machine jams and ensuring non-stop performance.
Equipped with a micro-processor control panel, operators can digitally adjust the strapping tension from 0 to 70 kgs. This ensures precise and uniform tightness for both heavy rigid cartons and soft, easily deformed packages.
