Traditional industrial strappers require 5 to 10 minutes to pre-heat the melting element. The DB-130 features an advanced low-inertia heating element that completes the heat engine within 20 seconds from a cold switch start. Once active, it executes a flawless tension-seal-cut loop in just 2.2 seconds per strap, accelerating your palletizing flow.

3. Modular Independent PCB Controls

Engineered for maximum uptime and economical maintenance, the inner control switch system utilizes independent PCBs to separately manage feeding, tensioning, and heating. If an electrical component wears out over long-term operations, maintenance teams can swap out individual micro-boards rather than discarding the entire costly main motherboard, keeping maintenance costs near zero.

4. External Tension Control Knob

No need to stop the machine or dismantle covers to adjust strap pulling force. The control panel features an external adjustable tension knob, enabling operators to instantly scale the strapping tension from 0 to 100 kg. This precise variable control prevents structural collapse when strapping fragile cardboard corrugated boxes, while providing maximum tightness when clamping heavy metal parts or timber.
