Engineered for flat, oval, square, and large-curved containers, this automatic double-sided labeling machine ensures accurate dual-face label application. Utilizing a dual-drive mechanism, both dispensing heads operate independently. Integrated vertical (“up and down”) and horizontal (“left and right”) adjustment wheels allow technicians to micro-calibrate labeling head angles to match bottle contours, delivering 1 mm placement accuracy at speeds up to 200 pcs/min.
Dual-Drive Independent Dispensing: Twin drive heads function separately, allowing simultaneous application of asymmetrical front and back labels (Length 15–250mm, Width 15–150mm).
Multi-Axis Handwheel Calibration: Mechanical adjustment wheels provide precise alignment for tapered or curved surfaces, preventing air bubbles and misalignments.
Broad Container Size Range: Accommodates bottle formats with lengths of 20–300mm, widths of 30–90mm, and heights up to 60–360mm.
