The cuff-type mechanism wraps the shrink film tightly around the contours of bottles and cans without leaving loose pockets. Once passed through the thermal tunnel, the film morphs into a skin-tight layer, maintaining perfect vertical alignment for multi-row setups, enhancing the shelf-ready appearance of large beverage packs.
Designed to work flawlessly with optical-grade films, the BSE5045A produces crystal-clear bundles. Upstream contamination, dust, and moisture are sealed out, allowing your barcodes, logos, and branding on individual Cola or Sprite bottles to remain 100% visible and scannable throughout the logistics chain.
By sealing 6, 12, or 24 pieces together using heavy-duty films up to 0.25mm thickness, the resulting bundle becomes a structurally integrated unit. This prevents individual bottles from slipping out, snapping loose, or being pilfered during rough handling, drastically decreasing inventory shrinkage.
600mm Specialized Industrial Cutter: The extra-long 600mm sealing blade is engineered for thick PE films (). It delivers continuous, non-stick, high-strength seam welds without tearing or smoking.
