Designed to optimize automation in waste recycling centers, this Automatic Horizontal Baler integrates electric button control, PLC programming, and smart feeding sensors. Equipped with a dedicated 1300mm-wide belt conveyor, it enables continuous, hands-free feeding directly into the compression chamber. The machine automatically detects material levels, controls cycle timing, and triggers bundling reminders, allowing single-operator or remote-controlled management.
PLC Control & Auto-Detection : Configured with a smart PLC control system and electric push-buttons; automatically detects incoming waste to initiate compressing cycles with zero manual guesswork.
Integrated Conveyor Feeding System : Includes a 7.5kW heavy-duty belt conveyor running at 12m/min to seamlessly carry loose recycling materials straight into the 1600mm feed opening.
Wireless Remote & Bundling Reminder : Comes with a handheld wireless remote controller for operator convenience and features customizable baling length options along with a built-in bundling alert system.
