The FM-4510 Robot Wrapping Machine is engineered to solve the challenges of wrapping oversized, ultra-heavy, or irregularly shaped pallet loads. Unlike traditional turntable wrappers that have fixed load capacity limits, this self-propelled mobile wrapper moves smoothly around the stationary pallet, eliminating pallet weight and length constraints entirely.
No Weight or Size Limit: Wraps pallets of any weight (Min. 100kg, Max. unlimited) and size (Min. 60×60cm, Max. unlimited).
High-Efficiency Pre-Stretch: Built-in 300% powered pre-stretch film carriage significantly reduces film consumption while ensuring superior load stability.
Smart Motion Control: Driven by an intuitive PLC system with a fast running speed of up to 60m/min and 1-16 ring/min variable rotation.
