It actively stretches the film before it meets the product, ensuring a soft yet incredibly secure wrap that saves up to 50% of film consumption compared to manual or friction-stretch wrapping.
Driven by an intelligent PLC control network, users can quickly define exact wrapping layers and times on the interface to suit different shipping distances. The 0-12 rpm variable speed turntable, regulated by an industrial frequency changer, ensures soft starts and stops, preventing loose fabric ends or delicate paper surfaces from unravelling or tearing mid-cycle.
