Principle of blister machine: the medicinal film is softened to plastic state by heater, and the blister is sucked out by vacuum negative pressure on the forming mould roller, and then filled with packaged goods by the filling device, and then the aluminium foil coated with adhesive on one side is covered with the blister by the heat sealing roller under suitable temperature and pressure so that the packaged goods are sealed in the blister respectively, and then the batch number is punched on the set position by typing and embossing device, and the tearing line is pressed out. Then the batch number is printed on the set position and the tearing line is pressed out by the typing and embossing device, and finally the packaging board is punched and cut into certain size by the punching and cutting device.
